We are a quoting service, not a building company. We do not swing a hammer, and we have no interest in which renovator you pick.
Bathroom Renovation Quote exists because comparing bathroom quotes is genuinely hard, and the difficulty is not accidental. Three renovators walk through the same room, make three different sets of assumptions about what you want, and produce three documents that cannot be compared. The homeowner is then asked to make a five-figure decision on the basis of which one has the nicest letterhead.
Our answer is boring and effective. You write one brief. That brief goes to each renovator unchanged. They price the same inclusions. When the quotes arrive, the differences you see are real differences in labour rate, allowances, quality and timeline, not artefacts of three separate conversations.
What we do
We take your brief, check it makes sense, and match it to renovators who work in your area, hold the right NSW licence, carry current insurance and have capacity in your timeframe. Then we get out of the way. You deal directly with the renovators from the first phone call onwards.
What we do not do
We do not build bathrooms. We do not take a cut of your contract. We do not sell your details to unrelated businesses, and we do not pass your brief to anyone who is not quoting your job. We also do not push. If you go quiet, we assume you have made a decision and leave you alone.
How the service is paid for
Renovators pay to be part of the network. That is the whole business model, and it is why the service is free to you and why we have no reason to favour one quote over another. It also means renovators who behave badly are expensive for us to keep, so we do not keep them.
Same scope, always
Your brief goes out unchanged. A quote is only meaningful next to another quote for the same work.
Licensed only
Wet-area work in NSW needs a licensed contractor and a certified membrane. No exceptions, regardless of how good the price is.

Details go to the renovators quoting your job. They are not sold, rented or reused for anything else.
