Using the gallery

Show, do not describe.

The single most useful thing you can send a renovator is three photos of bathrooms you like and one sentence about what you like in each. It removes more ambiguity than a page of written description.

Note the format, not just the colour. A 600x1200 porcelain and a 100x300 subway create completely different labour costs.
Look at the floor. Whether it runs continuously into the shower tells you if it is a wet room build or a standard hob.
Check the vanity. Wall-hung, floor-standing and custom joinery sit at very different price points.
Count the niches. Every recess is framing, waterproofing and cutting, and they add up.
