Current public liability cover, and home building compensation cover where the contract value requires it.

Waterproofing
Ability to certify the membrane to AS 3740 and issue you the certificate on completion.

Conduct
Written itemised quotes, no high-pressure follow-up, and removal from the network if homeowners report otherwise.
