This website is operated by Directory.com.au Pty Ltd (ABN 68 090 816 461), trading as Bathroom Renovation Quote ("we", "us"). By using this site or submitting a quote brief you agree to these terms.
What the service is
We are a free introduction and quoting service. We take the brief you submit and pass it to independent renovation businesses so they can contact you and provide quotes. We are not a builder, we do not carry out renovation work, and we do not act as your agent in dealing with renovators.
The contract is between you and the renovator
Any contract for renovation work is formed directly between you and the renovator you choose. We are not a party to it. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, price, workmanship or conduct of any renovator, and we do not guarantee that any quote will be provided, accepted or honoured.
We take reasonable steps to check that renovators hold a current NSW contractor licence and appropriate insurance at the time of matching, but you should verify licensing and insurance yourself before entering into a contract, and satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any renovator.

Cost ranges, timelines and guidance published on this site are general information only. They are indicative, based on typical Sydney projects, and are not a quote, an offer, or professional advice about your property. Your own quotes are the only reliable figures for your job. Always obtain professional advice for structural, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing and compliance matters.
Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information in any brief you submit, to submit briefs only for genuine renovation enquiries, and not to use the forms on this site to send spam, malicious content or abusive material. We may refuse, withdraw or block access to the service where these terms are breached.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text and code of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from any renovation work carried out by a renovator, or from reliance on general information published here. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the service.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
